By accessing or using TripleClone ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Service Description

TripleClone is an AI-powered image generation platform that produces photorealistic imagery. The Service uses third-party AI models to generate images based on user-provided prompts and parameters.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Content & Usage

You retain ownership of prompts you submit and images you generate. You are solely responsible for the content you create using the Service. You agree not to use the Service to generate content that depicts real individuals without their consent, constitutes child sexual abuse material, or violates any applicable law.

5. Intellectual Property

The TripleClone platform, including its design, code, and branding, is our intellectual property. Images generated through the Service are owned by you, subject to any limitations imposed by the underlying AI model providers.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

• Generate content depicting real persons without consent
• Create child sexual abuse material or content involving minors
• Harass, threaten, or defame any individual
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated images will meet your expectations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TripleClone and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
